We entered into an agreement to make repairs on his home due to hail and storm damage.The scope of the work was defined by the insurance settlement.MR [redacted] signed a contract with us on 12/11/15.Our crew arrived at his home to finish the work described on or about Monday the first of FEBThere was a sign posted on his front porch saying to remove our tolls and vacate the property.This is a Civil matterI had to retain an attorney [redacted] 3/28/

Paid for a hair service that clearly stated "full balayage, haircut, and style." They refused to do the full balayage and wanted to do just junks round my earsThe stylist said it was because she didn't have timeFrankly, I made the time (not to mention they rescheduled me times last minute without considering my time ever) and made myself available and paid for the serviceif she didn't have the time, she should not have taken the appointmentbefore starting the service I was extremely clear that if my head was going to come out orange I don't want itHer response was the following" I would never send you out not liking your hair"After the service I old her that it looked very bad ( I have pictures before and after and I work in sales and marketing..i.emy face and hair are 80% of my job)she kept saying she didn't have time and that I can come back the next day and pay for another sessioni left in tearsWhen I tried telling the owner, she left a weird voicemail on my cell and sent an email saying she sticks by her stylist (she didn't even see my hair)its difficult when a business takes no accountabilityI have to spend hundreds of dollars to fix my hair now (not to mention all the plans and meeting I had this week had to get canceled)Just the stress and feeling sad about my self esteem is enough (we live in a world where these things really effect us psychologically)This salon should be shut down if this is how they approach things and take money from people who work hard without delivering services and they disfigure people on top of all of it
