Our A/C shut down; we called AND Services who we have a maintenance agreement with; tech came out and said our Evaporator Coil was leaking causing the unit to shut down; to fix this problem we need to purchase a new evaporator coil at $plus $to installWe checked on line for cost of evaporator coil for our unit from A/C wholesalers for $374; we called another A/C company Anthony's in Bradenton for a free opinion; this tech said unit was not leaking; the only problem system was clogged; as soon as they flushed the system with water system was working We've notified AND services to cancel our maintenance contract This company is not welcomed back
Great company to deal with. I've had multiple companies work on my AC here in Tampa Fl. They all sell you some BS about needing to replace the system. I had Carl at my home and he was super professional and knowledgeable. He had our house cooling in minutes instead of finding a reason to sell me a new one. When its time to replace my 12 year old system I will be dealing only with And Services...
