Our company delivered to this companies job site in Houston 5 different times the same product. There has been no payments made.
The first purchase was on 4/18/17 for 192 bags of AquaGel-1,783.80, #2- 96 bags of Aquagel-879.40, #3-96 bags of Aquagel-879.40, #4-192 bags of Aquagel-1,733.80, #5- 192 bags of Aquagel-1,733.80 on 8/25/17. We opened this company up with a charge account using the credit information provided by them. The terms of payment was each invoice at Net 30 days, no payment has been made and all inquiry calls are with no response. The product they purchased from us was used for one project in Houston at Hwy.288 and Beltway 8. We delivered and invoiced them in good faith with no complaints from them and feel we have fulfilled our part of the transaction and now feel they should fulfill their part and make payment for the product they received.

We are a Hotel Business named Comfort Inn, We are located at 6075 IH-10 East, San Antonio Texas 78219
On Feb of 2017, We opened a direct bill for Sergio Ferreria who is account manager for Ancortex in Dallas Texas, Mr *** , Who had a crew working for ancortex on a project they had here in San Antonio asked us if we could set up a direct bill for his crew,The crew and Mr *** stayed at our location for days and weeks at a time.There stays ranged from 2/20/17 until 7/6/17 once we started requesting payment that when they ended there stays with us, We have been trying to recover a balance of $25,941.28 that they have left unpaid. We have made several attempts to speak to the person in charge of paying this account, But our phone calls never get past the recieptionist (Alejandra) We have also have made several attempts through email to ***@ancortex.us and ***@ancortex.us
they will not respond. We want to resolve this matter and get paid for our services. If needed we can provide folios and emails .
