DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY, you will get ripped of.. After paying over 30000.00 for a job that started at around 6000.00 theyre coming for more saying I have to pay for 2nd water sample when contract clearly states that price included 2 water samples.
Review: I paid ANCO Environmental Services over $13,000 for complete removal of underground oil tank and soil remediation at my house in NJ; testing to confirm clean soil to meet NJ state requirements; certified laboratory report of soil testing results, preparation of a formal report to the appropriate State of NJ departments documenting the work and lab testing results; a copy of the report sent to me for my signature; submission by ANCO of the signed formal report to the appropriate State of NJ department for issuance of a "no further action" certificate, and copies of all documents to be sent to me.
ANCO demanded full payment for all the work in December 2014.
It is now over 60 days since I made the full payment and ANCO has failed to prepare and submit the formal report required by the State of NJ. I spoke with [redacted], the owner of ANCO, on January 29, 2015 after 30 days had passed and he said he had no commitment as to when to deliver the report but said it would be "soon." Asked to specify "soon," he said it would be before the end of February. It is now the end of February and there is no sign of any report. When I tried reaching the owner of the company again, he was not available.Desired Settlement: The services for which I paid must be delivered, namely, preparation of a formal report to the appropriate State of NJ departments documenting the work and lab testing results, a copy of the report sent to me for my signature, submission by ANCO of the signed formal report to the appropriate State of NJ department for issuance of a "no further action" certificate, and copies of all documents to be sent to me.
