Anaheim West Car Wash

I have recently purchased a vehicle on December 26, 2018. I took this vehicle to get washed at this company, they scratched my car in several different places. I reported this to the manager, Ismael *** He refused to accept responsibility for these scratches and referred me to take my vehicle to an auto body repair center to verify if the damage was done at their car wash. Manager refused to accept responsibility for this and refused to refund my money.
