I came to the Art Station in Anaheim CA on April to travel to *** *** while entering the bus the drive was rude and he was not presenting good customer service I brought this to the attention of the sales people and I spoke to a supervisor about it on the phone and told her the situation and she was going to talk to corporate about it to see if I can get my refund of back I spoke to her this morning on April and she told me that they don't offer refunds I saw that on the ticket but when the service is not up to par they should offer refunds for tickets I told the supervisor that I do not frequent Anaheim on a regular basis and she told me that corporate said that they give free passes I would like my money back since I don't frequent Anaheim on a regular basis and I feel that this should be an exception

channel, I responded to her complaint and provided her with my work information so she could contact me. As you can see from the email I attached below, she contacted me on April 30th, 2016. On Tuesday, May 3rd, 2016- I emailed her back but I also spoke to her on the phone for about 45 minutes in the late morning hours. I listened to her experience, and the conversation had a pleasant tone from both sides. I did reiterate our refund policy with her, and eventually she understood why our refund policy exists and accepted the two complimentary three day adult passes (value of $24.00) which do not expire. Those were mailed to her via USPS on May 3rd, 2016. Please feel free to contact me should you have any further questions.
