Anaheim Medical Supply & Scooter Rental

Review: This involves an Extreme XMB420 Elite mobility scooter I purchased elsewhere and it would not run...that was the only problem. Seat worked, batteries were charged etc, just no power to starter so nothing worked. I contacted Anaheim Medical to make a service call to see if it could be repaired. Result, Anaheim Medical took the scooter to their shop for repair, repairs were paid and scooter delivered. The problem is, the seat cannot be moved, cannot be lifted to access the trunk or the batteries in the trunk...as stated above this was not the problem when the scooter was picked up. I stated this to [redacted], the repairman and he said he could fix it for $150...I restated this was not a problem it worked when the scooter left here for your shop to which he replied...so you say, I don't know that to be fact! There are at least 5 witnesses to the fact the seat did work and have helped me test the batteries with an ohm meter and got tools out of the trunk which is accessed under the seat, also those that put the scooter together when it was delivered know the seat worked, they put the seat on! This scooter is brand new and frustrations were enough that it wouldn't run, now glad it runs but would like for the seat to work as it did and for [redacted] to make it right without the attitude and because it needs to be right for free. I paid him $100 for pickup and delivery of a scooter that will now run but a seat that is now immobile, cannot access the trunk as stated above.Desired Settlement: Want the seat fixed so it is moveable and able to access the trunk as it originally was when [redacted] picked up the scooter (for free), no pickup or delivery charge either.
