Review: Last week I had an accident and my car was totaled and I went to this dealership to buy another car. I needed a car and when I was there, they made me feel like I had to get what they said and pay what they said because I have poor credit. So they take advantage of people like that I got a car that I wasn't satisfied with but it was the only option they gave me. But after I drove it out of the lot started to give me problems. I went back with a friend to tell them I wasn't satisfied with car and that had issues. the owner of this place was mean, rude and yelled at us my friend tried to tell him something and he yelled at her "you shut up you are not involved in this so get out" and treated us like criminals and literally kicked us out. he yelled and insulted us, and he was not and as of today hasn't been helpful and not wiling to solve my problem.. He doesn't want to change the car and or return the money. He has been mean, aggressive, arrogant and almost violent. I went back yesterday to tell them that the car doesn't even start when I try I have to keep trying until it does. He told me to wait 5 minutes and he was going to help me but he instead called the police to have me removed from his property. All I want is to be have a car to drive and not leave me in the road, he has made me feel like I am a criminal and he is doing me a big favor by selling me a junk. I came to him as a customer instead he has treated me like I am an animal. I am very disappointed at this individual that operates a business and takes advantage of the people that are in need of a vehicle and he feels that he can do whatever he wants. All I want is a car that works and so far this one I have to pray before I start it and drive it.Desired Settlement: After all this experience with this dealer I just want to get the down payment back, or get a good car, at a fair price not a junk at a very high price. And for this individual to treat his customer like they should be treated like the ones that put food in is plate and pay his bills.
