I ordered the Lysol Disinfectant Spray 12.5OZ Crisp Linen Scent- Pack of 3 from Protect Ready which was sent through USPS apparently as priority mail, yet only paid $6.33, and, I was told by the USPS that the item was a flat envelope and not a package/box. I've attempted to reach out to the company but have had no response. I never actually received my package and this is why I placed a dispute through the USPS. I received a phone call from the USPS today and was told that liquids or flammable items CAN NOT BE delivered by priority mail, so whatever Protect Ready had sent me in the flat envelope, was not what I ordered. During this time of COVID there are too many companies that are popping up that are not legitimate companies and are enjoying stealing from people.
