Being a first time home buyer, we had a very limited knowledge on the US real estate market. Jennifer helped us to better understand the market and things to look/ask for when we buy a home. she had always encouraged us to visit more homes before we choose one. most importantly, she never rushed us to write an offer or close the deal. she always ensured that we really like the home in all aspects before we proceed with further steps. She was constantly sharing updated lists to help us find the best home which suits all our requirements. I think, we took more time than usual (close to 3 months) to find our dream home. When we had to write an offer (in fact, we had to do it for few times before it got clicked for us), she shared all the information and ensured that we understand all the facts. When we went into a contract, we were kind of choosing not to do home inspection process as it was done recently by another buyer for the same home (but their finance fell through) as we were more inclined to use previous inspect report itself. But, Jennifer very strongly recommended us to do a new inspection to ensure we have no trouble with the home. In fact, our inspector found few additional issues which were concerning and got it fixed by the previous owners before we closed the deal.

She was with us from day one and till the day we signed our tittle deed. As in all, we felt very confident and safe in her hands while shopping for our first home!.

In November 2013, we started working with realtor [redacted], towards purchasing a condo in the Mesa area. This was a unique experience since we live in Tennessee.
