I already called you one month ago for cancel, that I would like to cancel, because you charge during 2019 overcharge, 13 payments, I called in many opportunities only a allow for leave a message, never returned my call. Need to investigate the company, because I can not go out the service

We, at Neil Huffman Nissan try to give all customer's an exceptional experience through both our sales and our service departments. While I
realize we can not do this with everyone, we certainly strive to obtain this experience with each customer.
I understand how miscommunication would make Ms*** unhappy with us so I will try to address her complaints so we can continue to give her a positive experience in the future with Neil Huffman Nissan
Our Finance Manager, by law of the US government has to give every customer a complete presentation of all the products we have to offerHis department is to inform our customers about the products and what they do for the customer. While this presentation appears to take hours, we have a computerize program that tells the beginning and ending of the customers time in the Finance office. This I-tap Finance Menu showed that Mr***, our Finance manager started his presentation with Ms*** at 5:pm and completed the presentation and finance deal at 6:pm This forty one minute presentation is far less than the three hours it appeared to have been in his office
Ms*** did receive the $10,trade allowance for her vehicle but had a $3,payoff balance for her traded vehicle; thus providing her with the $7,balance remaining that was used to reduce the loan balance of the Altima she purchased
Another way that Ms*** could have handled the payoff balance would to have personally written a seperate check for the amount of $3,to her previous lending company and used the full $10,trade in allowance for the current lending company. We have found that it is more convenient for our customers if we assume the responsibility to do the necessary paperwork to payoff the previous balanceWhile we believed that we were assisting the customer, either way is an acceptable method to payoff the previous loan.

Good Morning- -Thank you for taking the time to allow me to add some factual input to the *** *** claim / complaint, which, by the way, I feel is valid.***'s first communication with our office was the week of 4/24/At that time she had not been able to locate her invoice or invoice
number, but she was sure it was installed in the summer of We changed our internal recordkeeping with the implementation of new software on 7/1/2015, and were unable to find her files for any transaction.A couple weeks later we found her March invoice, noting that installation was completed 5/3/2012, the total installed price for the product in question was $2112.34.I inspected the area in question on 6/22/17, and I agree that I told *** that her vacuum cleaner did not contribute to the condition change of the carpetingThe selection in question is a very soft, high-bulk polyester product intended for lighter use, a fact I made very clear to *** at the time of purchaseJust the same, the product does carry a performance warranty, so I contacted the third-party resource from whom I purchased the product, and eventually found them unwilling to handle the claim, or even to participate in it's inspection. I enlisted an independent inspection service on 9/26,l and they performed the site inspection on 10/4/We received the report on 10/14/We (Casondra in my office) forwarded the results of the report to *** on 10/21/17, and mentioned that she should contact me after 10/with any questions. Unfortuantely the e-mail address we had on file for *** (from her transaction) had not been updated and we found out (too late) that she had retired that e-mail address in the meantime.Clearly we did not handle this issue well or in a timely fashion, and *** has grounds for being angry with usAll along I have intended to help with the replacement of the carpeting, and I'm still willing to help make this right for her.Dan ***
