This man is threatning to have people arrested for what is a civil issue. He calls his henchmen "investigators" to try to scare people in to paying up. No bad checks were written. This was a best buy credit card that got behind when I lost my job several years ago. He is a scam artist and his tactics are not inly immoral but illegal. The Florida and Virginia Attorney General's offices are looking in to him now for deceptive business practices.

Review: I received a call from a [redacted] supposedly from a law firm called AMS. They said they were trying to collect a debt from me from an old [redacted] credit card form 7 years ago. They threatened me with filing grand theft charges and having me arrested at work for a credit card issue. One man claimed to be an attorney but there is no record of the firm and the phone number I was called from came back to an MCI wireless phone. I wanted to report this ASAP.Desired Settlement: I want to make sure no criminal violation has occurred.
