Started patio and pool remodeling and owner has disappeared and doesn't answer phone.
Hired The Shape of Water to Diamond Brite pool and lay pavers for a new patio. They started the work and have now disappeared and do not answer the phone. This has been going on for a few months now. I have an empty pool and 75% of patio completed. They have been paid 88% for the job and cannot find them. I believe they are under a new name AMofSouthFlorida, LLC now. *** the owner seems to keep starting businesses and never finishes the work he is contracted to do.
I would like the job finished or refund my money so I can find another company to finish the job. I have a empty pool that needs Diamond Brite and a patio that needs more pavers.

Homeowner happy
The company did finish the job but damaged screens and still waiting to see if they fix them. They did attempt once to fix but put different color screen on the ones they damaged. Some of the pavers turned green after a week once the job was completed and owner said I should go out and pressure clean them.
Customer not completely happy.
Paver job is industry standards and looks great
Green discoloring pavers is algae
It's a Maintance issue responsibility of homeowners
I requested documents from other Lincese paver contractor if homeowners disagree
But not waiting months ?
I paid $150 to Sceen company to replace 2 screens but unfortunately cannot match to old discolored screens
I Feel this homeowner will never be satisfied and continue to write fauls reports
I challenge homeowner to produce inspection report from professionals
