Ammco Vacuum

It took 3 return visits to repair my Kirby Vacuum Cleaner. They called me each time and said it was repaired. Each time I tried to turn it on at home the power did not go on. On the third pick up, the saleswoman said it was not the power switch that not working but it was the on and off switch. I don't know why they did not catch that on my second return. I plugged in the vacuum at the business to see if it would work, yes it worked but they didn't tell me that part of my unit was cracked. When I mentioned this, the saleswoman said it was always like that. The vacuum will not function with the condition it is in. Why did they not mention this obvious crack on my 3 visits? Why did they not notify me of this and replace the part? I know my vacuum was not cracked. When I turned it on then it spewed dust out of the crack. I would have noticed this before I initially came to their business. It took almost 1 month before I finally got my vacuum back. [redacted], the manager refunded me but I'm very upset about my cracked unusable vacuum.
