I needed to have my dryer vent cleaned as soon as possible and was having no luck getting someone to return my calls I was referred to Amistee and someone actually answered the phone! I was able to get someone out the same day and it was Rob Sutton He was very professional, explained how long it should take and when he got into the job and it took longer than expected he explained why He did a very thorough job and showed me the before and after pictures of what the inside of the vent looked like I am extremely pleased with the job Rob Sutton did and would highly recommend him and Amistee

I received a courtesy phone call from the office to make sure this would be okay Indeed it was! We talked about the process All of my questions that were't answered through our "hello's" and walk through process prior to work starting were addressed and answered to my full satisfaction They were efficient, neat and clean in all that they did There is no question they both knew their jobs well I must say they left my house cleaner in all facets of their work than it was before they arrived Jeff said " that's part of our job, that's what we do and are happy to be doing it." On Monday afternoon April 16, 2018, Jeff and Glen arrived at our home to provide a whole house air duct cleaning service Both technicians were very courteous and professional They were very careful not to damage our home and to be very clean during the entire process that took about hours They took the time to individually clean each cold air return and heating duct as well as all of the internal main ducts that run back to the furnace/a/c unit At the completion of the service they provided pictures of the before and after condition of the main duct system We were very impressed how much dust and debris was removed and how sparkling clean all of the vents were In summary, we would highly recommend Amistee Air Duct Cleaning to all our family and friends
Our years old heater was stuck at running degrees all the time even when I put it up to degrees So before we purchased a new heater, we wanted to see if cleaning the duct would help with the air flow We cleaned the air duct about to years ago, so it was about time
Ian and Jacob came out and cleaned the air duct They told me last duct cleaners didn't clean out all the stuff out so there was a lot of debris After Ian and Jacob got done with cleaning, the heater went right up to degrees and held it there I was glad I have a little more time until I have to buy a new heater
