Melvin was an excellent technician for Amistee Air Duct Cleaning He explained exactly what was to be done and proceeded to do it with the help of Joe He explained about the air duct filter needing to be replaced so that the dust presently in the filter would not ruin the duct cleaning He had a filter available so that was helpful He explained the two scents available and that they were natural scents Joe and Melvin worked quickly an d well together They moved what ever needed to reach vents They were very polite We could not have been more satisfied with the whole procedure
Jackie and Tyler at Amistee did a terrific job of cleaning the air ducts in our home! We received a phone call telling us they were on the way, they worked efficiently, wore shoe covers, placed tarps down so that the large vacuum tubes would not scrape against anything, and explained all that they were doing! Definitely a star experience! Jackie and Tyler were very courteous and went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied with the cleaningI especially appreciated the option of spraying the duct work after it was cleaned with Benefect, a non- toxic, broad spectrum disinfectant made with essential oilsI will definitely be calling them next time!

Jacob and Ian arrived promptly at the scheduled time Jacob gave a very clear explanation of the cleaning procedures They placed clean tarps on walkway and stairs and were very careful by protecting doors and walls They made a point of asking if there were any pets in the house to prevent pets from exiting the house They were very thorough and completed every step outlined in their explanation Their presentation and performance outshined another duct cleaning company with whom we contracted several years ago When it is time to clean the furnace and ducts again, we will be contacting Amistee

They were careful about tracking dirt into the house and careful not to damage corners of walls with the big vacuum hose They thoroughly explained the process and seemed happy to answer all of my questions They presented me with my option to have a anti microbial spray applied and pointed out the sorry condition of my furnace filter and offered a replacement While they pointed these things out they were not pushy at all about it, they were friendly and informative! They worked efficiently as a team and I was surprised by how well they were able to clean the duct system I will definitely be calling Amistee in a few years to do it again, and have already recommended them to family members!
