We have been left with a partially completed project and, in spite of numerous calls and requests to finalize or sub-contact out to someone else who will complete it, there has been no response in months We cannot move forward with our home renovation because of this Other sub-contractors are reluctant or willing to take on this project, as they are afraid of being held accountable for poor workmanship Very unprofessional, completely unreliable and incredibly irresponsible He refuses to answer the phone, and has only responded with one text message saying he was injured, but failed to provide us with a solution to completing our projectWe are owed money and are now going to have to pay excessively for this incomplete jobOur recommendation is to go with any other provider than Amherst Heating & Ventilation and Richard ***
