Hello, my name is *** *** card# *** I would like to file a claim against Ameristar Casino StCharles I previously attempted to file a claim against the casino in September/October of regarding an issue I was found to be innocent of Due to my being told I could not go to Ameristar until the issue was resolved for and a half months - I did not end the year with over 60,points as I have maintained the last years I have obtained my same status as an Elite card holder for years - but am now only receiving some odd points which reduces me to the lowest tier card they have - virtually making it impossible for me to obtain Elite status by the end of the year I would like to file a claim so that my play can be reviewed and I can be brought back up to the level of play I would have earned had this accusation had not been brought against me I would also like to seek compensation for the and a half month ban - where I could not use my comps f
