This company did not do what they were employed to do. They submitted an incomplete assessment to *** costing me 750 in credits.
I employed this company to complete the *** energy assessment. They conducted the preliminary assessment on December 22nd, 2017. They came to complete the follow up assessment on April 19th, 2018. The man who conducted the assessment was given all documentation, and direct access to my newly installed furnace and hot water heater, including serial and model numbers. The Assessor was not aware that hot water tanks applied for the credit, however I brought up the *** website to show him and made it very clear it was to be included. When I heard back from Amerispec regarding my assessment, they informed me that they had chosen not to include my newly installed water tank because they were not aware of what items qualified for the credit. They did not complete the job that I hired them to do.
I would like this company to complete the task they were hired to do by resubmitting the assessment including all my upgrades. This includes the *** gas water heater, that has been approved by ***.

We are more then willing to submit for the rebates to *** if the customer provides AmeriSpec of London with the Bill of Sale showing the make Model Number and Efficiency of the DHW Tank to AmeriSpec of London. I told the customer that this is what *** ask us to submit. She has not send that to AmeriSpec of London as of May 23 2018 and we have already submitted her information to *** for Approval.
(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
Ameri-Spec was given a copy of the invoice exactly as provided by *** including the make and model of the new appliance, on April 19th, 2018; this document included my addresses, as well as the make and model of the appliance that was removed at that time. Ameri-Spec was also given access to the appliance, and obtained photos of the make and model. I followed up with *** and they have stated that they did not reject the invoice I supplied, but that Ameri-Spec chose not to include it in the report in the first place. Had they not felt the documentation provided by *** was sufficient, I would expect to be notified in advance. The first time I was informed by Ameri-Spec that there was an issue with the documentation was May 23rd.
We are working on trying to get the Invoice from ***. The invoice must have the Customers name and address the Efficency of the DHW Tank Make and Model # If the customer can supply this document to AmeriSpec London we can then submit the Document to *** and get them the rebate for the DHW Tank. Till we receive this Document we are not able to submit for that rebate. The Document she gave us does not have the information that is needed. I will attach the Document.

Amerspec was provided with all documentation, however I have not heard a follow up if this was ever submitted. This issue has not yet been resolved.
Everything has been send into *** and it is now in *** Hands All that Amerispec London can do is send the info to ***. It is then up to *** to send them the cheque our within 90 Business days for then.
