In the process of buying my first home I had amerispec do a full home inspectionIn theirs process they claimed the roof was good on the report no issues just some signs of wearSo we purchased the home THINKING we had a good roof A heavy rain can into to town and I noticed that water was running over the top of the gutterSo I thought they need cleanedI climbed up on the riff to realize that the roof was actually damaged and has been for awhileI immediately got roofers to come out and give and estimate to get it repairedI called the inspector with the issue and the repair cost which is $3500!! county inspections are for. You can see in the report we recommended a licensed electrician review the system due to safety issues. Also, we recommended an HVAC contractor review the system due to issues found and reported upon in the report.

Amerispec has inspected two houses for me in Tippah County. In 2015. This company is outstanding! They deliver what is promised and are on time, thorough, and courteous. I wish every company were like this!
