County Senior Center paid $16,000 for delivery and installation of a Stair Lift. Never received delivery. Company does not return calls.
*** County Senior Center in ***, Utah ordered Titan Incline Platform Lift, Item (AMGAC105) Order #*** on 2/6/2020 with delivery and installation for $15,998.00. Delivery and installation quoted for 7 to 8 weeks. Delivery has not been made, and we have no information on when it will be delivered and installed. We have made numerous calls to the company. Usually we only get voice mail and no call back. We requested a refund and have had no response.
Deliver and Install as paid for, or full refund of $15,988.00.

Due to covid crisis we were unable to properly secure an installation company. We have of this date secured an installation company who will be reaching out directly to the customer within the next week to set up installation. Spoke with customer and directly and should resolve shortly
When the stair lift was delivered and installed but there was a broken part. The new broken part was delivered to me but needs to be re-installed.
I called the company Ameriglide several times and I left messages to repair my stair lift but nobody returned my call and nobody came to repair my stair lift. It has been several months now since I bought the stair lift. I bought the stair lift in the month of December/2019. I still keep on calling Ameriglide but nothing happened.
I need Ameriglide to send an installer to me to repair my stair lift.

To settle this dispute the Ameriglide should send me an installer to repair my stair lift.
Have reached out to customer. We need a proper phone number so we can schedule repair. We have already sent the parts and they are on site. Have called and left message and was wondering if there is a better number to contact?

Repair Work has been completed
Charge freight when it was not mentioned, nor on their web site. Ship faulty parts, and then charge for replacement, extra shiiping & service call.
Order # *** placed on 2/11/2020 with Salesman *** (***). When their installer mentions that taller brackets needed not shorter one, *** charges for taller brackets, also extra for freight and additional service call. No response to two calls made, nor to the letter sent to him by email.
Documents attached in the file below.
1. Charges on the invoices should be corrected. 2. Credit back the charges to the credit card. 3. Apologize for intentionally ignoring phone calls and the email.
Have sent emails and have tried to call customer to get more information and details so we can resolve.
