I placed order #*** on 4/10/2020 for face mask filters. Order stated, "Your order is in process, it will soon be picked and packed and made ready for shipment. Given the volume of orders, it can take us 3-5 days to ship them out. We will notify you when the items have shipped and will send the tracking details. Keep in mind, the *** has recently been backlogged and may not update your tracking as it used to do. All US to US shipments will use ***. Deliveries take from 3 to 7 days depending on your location and conditions in the delivery area.
Rest assured, we will monitor your package until it is delivered to you."
I sent an email to check on the order 4/21 since I had not received a shipped notification as specified above.
I did receive a response the same day saying they would check on the order and get back to me no later than, 2 days, which would have been 4/23.
5/4/2020 I sent another email asking for the status of the order and received the same response. "Thank you for reaching out to us and we apologize for any inconvenience. I can see the problem with tracking. I looked in our system and see the same issue. I will do some research and sort it out for you. You can expect to hear back from me with a solution in the next 2 days. Rest assured we stand by our customers and will see this through."
I replied please cancel and refund the order. Got the same message again.
They do not have a phone number to call and check on the Order. I cannot get them to cancel or refund the order. And all I'm getting is robo messages.
