Review: I have purchased new home thru the builder & closed in December 2012. I have numerous complains about the quality of the product/services for this BRAND new house. I have met them, called them & communicated to them multiple times to no avail. Builder is under contractual agreement to fix any broken issues.

Punch-list of corrections needed.

Punch-list discussed & agreed upon but never looked at:

Family Room:

1) Heater when runs, makes unbearable noise, seem something is shaking/vibrating.

This needs to be addressed ASAP.

Drive-Way:

1) While the area outside the house near A/C unit was not settled, it cracked (& lowered) my drive-way. It needs to be refilled & leveled.

Basement:

1) Boiler(Bradford White) is leaking & water bill is killing me. Derek/Precision Plumbing needs to re-visit.

Hall Bath:

1) Hall Bath Vanity SWAP...the replacement vanity has been delivered, seating in the garage.

2) Hall Bath Screen has been missing size: 26L X 22H.

3) Hall Bath Toilet is not leveled, shakes/moves when you use.

Patch up (paint) in various areas of the houseDesired Settlement: I have been calling them for constant follow-up, but am getting run around every time & being ignored.

On the other hand I see the work being performed daily on other "un-built" properties just next door.
