Good morning,
I wanted to make you aware of a recent visit to your hotel. Our stay was on 01/28/2020, Room ***, and invoice ***. Unfortunately, the hotel was less than desirable during our stay. Per the pictures and description online, it seemed like a reasonable and clean hotel. The lobby was updated and the price was relevant to surrounding hotels.

Per the initial walk in the room smelled of a musky smell. The heater was not on and the room was extremely cold. This was not a normal temperature for a room during this season. Throughout the night, the heater went out. A 2am fix should not have to occur when we are paying to stay there.
In the bathroom behind the toilet area there was mold on the walls and by the pipes. Again, something that should not be in a hotel room if it is cleaned properly. Besides the multiple little items that were unsanitary and unexpected for a hotel.

I am extremely disappointed in the cleanliness, smell, proper heat, and unsanitary conditions of this hotel. I would like a follow up in regards to this matter.
