If the wrong tires were installed it was not intentional. I would like the opportunity to put the correct tires on the vehicle, if not by coming back to this store then going to one of our other locations to correct the problem.

My Assistant Vice President has attempted to make contact with [redacted] in order to resolve this matter, but he has not responded to his calls.
