I have had a loan with this company now and I did have a hard time reaching the London office, but my process was quick and my money was done the same day. I like that if you can't reach one office, they do work together to get you the help that you need. I reapplied for more funds during the tornado and it's been a wait. I will say I like their product and the payment is very affordable so I will continue to use them. I just think they might be overwhelmed in the office.

This is a great company to work with for a loan. They make it very affordable to pay back your loan with them. I have worked with Crystal out of the Logan office. Crystal is the sweetest and very understanding. Thank you Crystal!

It's been 5 days haven't got back to me and I've tried calling a number of times even left a voice mail.. nothing

Not pleased at all. Applied for a loan, waited 3 days to be informed I needed a cosigner. Had a cosigner, waited 3 more days just to find out that wasn't good enough. Need a different cosigner. For a company that says they strive to help people with bad credit or fast approvals, This experience is one of the worst.

I got approved for the loan on 5/21/19 by the London Ohio office and was ask to send documents back which I did. So I call and email several times a day to see if they had received it. Voicemail kept picking up and I kept leaving messages. It took days for someone to reply. I had to even call another office a few times because I couldn?t get a response back for days and days. Luckily the other office help tried to reach the London office, and easily communicated with that office but never communicated with me after leaving messages or never would answer there phone. Didn?t even get my contract until weeks later. I was told that I?ll get check mailed out to me and should receive it on Tues 6/4. She also said if I didn?t receive it then to call back. So after several calls after calls after call again, finally someone picked up. Nice man, Who Apologize and he was very professional. He said that he?ll send it again by UPS, finally received it on June 7th. He was very helpful.

Good service, friendly people, work around your bad credit score

Worst company I've ever worked with. Loan approval takes 5 days then after approval it is another 3-5 days to receive funds. There is no one to speak with regarding questions or compliants. You are given an email address of which no one responds to. London office personal are very very rude. I would recommend trying any other place but this one.

False advertising. Bad credit you need a cosigner.
