? Im disagree with their statement ,when I called I spoke with only one women the same one every time ,note a man ever.and he could not have told me no such thing? about any garrenteyThe women? I spoke with first of all told me I did not cancel the program , I told her I knew I called for a fact and spoke to a women that told me she would cancel it before I had to leave for Columbia to go to the hospital? that I had an accident? I was not going to need their service? at all,to cancel it.after I told her this she asked for a confirmation number of cancellation? ..I told her I did not think I was given one but I'd have to look for it in the emails .lots more was said between us back and forth cause I was sure and still am I did cancel and I did not think there was no numbers given .I told her I wanted a refund fully she told "NO" only if I had numbers of cancellationI told her I would call her back after I checked .in the mean time I called the Revdex.com? in your'all's other office and spoke with a very nice lady .she told me she could help by taking a report but all so she advised that all my emails could be retrieved by computer if I could not get them on my phone .I Checked there was no canceletion with numbers .an when they started refunding it was after I told the women at Americasgotfunding? I was calling the Revdex.com? of she did not refund all my money .she said she could only go back three months!! And that's NOT what they sent .only 88$ was on my Paypal card and I'm pretty sure there was already? a few dollars on it should have been 104.85$ .then after the Revdex.com got involved they sent $ on my Paypal card and again this very much upsets me ..they are not even trying to give my money back that they took in exact dollars? ..I guess they think I'm just going to let them have my money for doing? nothing .I even understood the charge for my first phone call was going to be there for that I was good with that but they sent sent it and lessens? the total ..thats not right for a company? to do this to people ...if it was me with a bill or late payment I would be charge late charges or interest? ..and now that they are just trying to keep some of it makes me fill like they took my money for months months they used my money and that calls for some kind of interest? at a reasonable? amount ...I asked the women for all my money back? .she evidently wants to keep? using my money? cause this still is not the right amountI'd like to solve this matter soon as we can ..I don't know why they don't have the figures right .and they keep shorting me .and I do feel they owe me something it cost? every time I have to leave home to got to town to a store or atm to get my my back and atm charges? right here close to home is 4.00$charge? This client was already refunded in full due to the last Revdex.com complaint that they submitted. We did call the client and let them know that it was in fact refunded and she just had to wait the 3 to 7 business days for that to hit her account. So, since this client it reviving a full refund lets just confirm this account as resolved.

They did reach me...
and try to justify there stupidity after fighting back and forth via email and text message I told them I was not interested in their crap. After I filed with Attorney Generals office I received email stating I would get refund. Do not do business with these criminals. They have several complaints. I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.

Review: I was looking online for agencies to help with medical expenses, specifically medication costs. This website came up in the search and I began looking at it. Their adveritsement assured me that they could help find funding sources for individuals who had needs. They asked me to fill out some detailed information about my needs and goal. And they took my money. A required payment of $29.95 to begin. Several people called me. They encouraged me to take advantage of their ability to research and find sources to assist me. They told me that they would continue to bill me $29.95 per month. I did think that the callers seemed more casual and less professional. One of the phone numbers that they list for customer assistance has a strange answer and then a strange tone. I got a bad feeling that some private information may have been taken from me. Another strange thing that happened immediately after I made contact with this place is that I received an e-mail from a "professor" who said that I had been "selected " and would be contacted by Ms Flam. I was somewhat suspicious when I read the initial e-mail from "her" because of the grammar and punctuation (they did not seem to match her level in education, society or wealth) but I was so hopeful that I carefully responded. When I heard back, there was a request for an overseas bank account to be set up. The real Susan Flam lives in Canada, so that raised another red flag. I truly feel there is some connection between this business and the attempt to exploit me, beginning with the e-mail from the "professor". To date I have received zero referrals from their promised "research". I do not believe that they are a legitimate business. They have failed to provide a service for which they took my money. I am concerned about them exploiting me in other ways too, especially since I was foolish enough to give them credit card information. I want my money back and statement form them that I have no obligation to them and they will not utilize my financial information again.Desired Settlement: Ideally, I would like to see them out of business. Understanding that this will not likely happen, I would like to have my money back and a written statement from them that I don't owe them anything and that they won't use my financial information again or share it with anyone else.

I decided to check their Revdex.com credentials before finishing the form and noticed they had received an "F" rating. I backed out of the screens after deciding NOT to sign up for their services. The next morning I received a call from one of their representatives. I never completed the application or submitted any information to them.Desired Settlement: I would like an apology and for them to stop contacting potential customers who do not submit their personal information to them.
