Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID 11577758, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below [To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, we would like to know your view on the matter.]Dear Revdex.com/Bradley,Thank you for taking the time to review this complaint against America's Best Value Inn (ABVI) in RacineI have stated my complaint and would like to respond to the faxed rebuttal from ABVI's manager I agree that I have repeated myself and felt like I had to in order to satisfy the Revdex.com and this complaintBelieve me, I would rather not be writing to the Revdex.com! I would rather have my money refunded since I spent a total of minutes checked into this hotel Replay this one more time: I check in, go to the room, upon searching the room, noticed a black sock on the floor that I picked up with tissues and threw in the garbage, I noticed short hairs in the tub, and discovered a large stain on the bed when I was searching for bugsI always search hotel rooms for bugs and after the [redacted] family alerted me and showed me video evidence of the bug that crawled across their comforter, there was 100% of me checking my hotel room Fast forward to me checking over my room and noticing the aforementioned dirty items in my room, I returned to the lobby to find that the [redacted] family discovered bugs in their second room they were assigned That's when I made the decision to exit this hotel as fast as I could.Was this manager right that I followed the [redacted] family out of the hotel? Yes! Did he admit to why I wanted out? No! Not once has he acknowledged the sock/tissues/short hairs/large fecal/blood stain on the bed or that the [redacted] family alone had rooms with bugs (They also discovered several left over personal items from the previous hotel guest/guests but that's their deal and if they want to contact the Revdex.com, they can)So how come [redacted] won't admit to the condition of the room I was assigned? Did he actually see the black sock, the short hairs, the stain under the mattress (the bed closest to the door/bathroom)? Submitting my respond to above mentioned complaint, 1st of all I like to inform you that I was out of town and I am still out of town and I instructed my assistant to keep Ms.Brieanne *** to make aware of that she checked in on 11/23/20 at PM, and she spent all night of
11/23/in said room, she checked in for night 11/and 11/24/16, she has no complaint of any till hours later when she is ready to check out.I investigated about that room which she stayed, was cleaned on morning of 11/23/16, by a housekeeper who works for hotel for past years, I have full confidence that room was cleaned properlyAnd she confirmed on my inquiry.Repair man was in room on 11/23/to cleaned A/c, Heater and he also confirmed that there was no bag on smoke detector.After staying in room all night of 11/and complaint after hours later and complaint about finding some sexy toy in room is very unusualSleeping in bed all night did not find anything till you wanted to check out does not ring the bell.Therefore, her saying is hard to beleive, it is considered she used the room till she was ready to check out.I also like to see if she can prove that she went to other hotel on night of 11/24/16, as she claimed.Please let me know if I can assist you further in the matter.Thank you,Jafar ***GM

room key for hour-b- There was no reason to refund butone of their group checked in hour later and do not want to stay, WEDID GIVE HER REFUND BECAUSE SHE AND HER HUSBAND DECIDED NOT TO STAY,we are budget hotel, their expectation was high so, that's fine aslong as they do not have room and room key for long time-c- whenguests sign the registration they agree that there will be no refund.And that night I personally came to midnight to make sure guestscomplaint has any validity, unfortunately I did not find anything thatcomplaint was made of.I have heard his complaint about room which is not actual reason heis asking for refund, due to ACTUAL REASON WAS THEY WANTED TO FOLLOWTHE GROUP MEMBER WHO DID NOT STAY AND WE REFUNDED THEM.Sorry that we could not satisfied their high expectations as WE AREBUDGET HOTEL, though we have to pay our bills, NO MATTER GUEST STAY 1HOUR OR HOURS IN ROOM, ROOMS NEED TO BE CLEANED.Hope you will understand our view point as we have to run business.Please be in touch if you need further assistance.Thank you,*** ***

we did checked the room you stayed in for one night and did not find anything as a prblem
if you did mentioned about some problems and
were not satisfied we have already still given expedia a credit for the night
please do talk to expedia so they can issue you a refund

As so much said about this complaint, and our final decision still same as "No Refund"Mr*** keeps repeating same story over & again.This last time, again I have to say that he is not accepting that he checkout out to follow his group member, who decided not to stay

Hello, ABVI tries to accommodate a wide variety of travelers some of which include service animals or pets. We also accommodate travelers with severe allergies, so we only allow animals in certain rooms. Pets are allowed in rooms 110 - 115 on the ground floor, leaving 101-109 for...
non pet rentals. On the second floor we allow pets in 210-217 only, leaving 201-209 for non pet rentals. These rooms are also in another part of the building. You were shown room 204 where you experienced the door being stuck. (I know you don't want to here it but AZ heat causes swelling, not that big of a deal you just push a little harder) we opened it and were then told that the door wouldn't stay closed (again due to swelling, it did close you just had to pull it close), but we offered you another non pet room, you and your party choose not to stay. As we had plenty of rooms for you to choose from your choice to leave did not comply with the contract you had made on [redacted]'s wed site, it states that you must cancel no later then 3pm the day prior to the reservation date. Failing that a penalty of one day will be charged. We were able and capable of accommodating your party, we held the room per your agreement with [redacted], so we feel we have done everything right and should not loose revenue when we lived up to our part of the contracted reservation. We are sorry that you choose to leave we would have hosted you very well. We have to respectfully decline to refund your money, as we lived up to our part of your contract with [redacted].

Review: I reserved a room for that night and called 5 min latter and canceled it.they charged me $78.96 and won't refund the no eyDesired Settlement: I want the 78.96 back on my card

Company states: Company has a policy. We guarantee them online. They cannot change or cancel the reservation. They did a charge back on the CC. The CC declined the chargeback.
