Front desk employee at the hotel overcharged me for my room every time I stayed and pocketed the money. I stayed many times and have had several hundred dollars taken from me. Every stay was paid with cash and no paperwork was given to sign. I complained and attempted to speak with management but was ignored. They did not issue a refund for any of the money stolen. Also, I complained about cockroaches and once received a $5 refund from money that the employee stole from me (not even normal hotel expenses).
