I am rejecting this response because:
I had an appointment with the bus yesterday 5/23/17 evening. He came by and brought something to get...

the paint off of our siding. He kept wanting to argue with us that the marks were not paint but dirt. He said if it was paint it would have come off on the rag but the paint did not come off of the siding it is still there. He did agree to keep us satisfied he would replace the one piece of siding. I tried to address the foundation issue with him and he was not having it. He immediately go defensive saying that it was not him. He told me I was a liar and that I was just trying to get stuff for free. Once those comments were made he was asked to leave. I am still looking for a partial refund for the foundation. It seems pretty clear that he is unwilling to offer that though.

I am rejecting this response because:It's clear that the company does not want to make this situation right and fix their poor workmanship on the foundation, that the company refused to address. I would just like it noted that you may want think twice before you use this company for your painting needs. The contractor will be receiving a bill from the siding company to fix the damage to the new siding.  It would be nice "if in good faith", We would be refunded a portion of our $650 for the poorly done foundation work and all of our time and aggravation that the company has caused us. My husband and I did not appreciate him coming to our home and ignoring the issues we were trying to discuss with him about the foundation as well as" calling us Liars" and that" we were trying to get things for free."
