We received a call from customer [redacted] in regards to cracking in his [redacted] Fiber Cement Siding we installed. Regardless of this being a Manufacturer defect and not an installation defect, upon receiving the phone call we immediately filed a claim with [redacted] the manufacturer of this siding product for the homeowner. We printed and mailed a hard copy of the documents to the customer (attached in this message). Upon receiving the claim documents [redacted] filed a claim against America's Advantage Remodeling stating we are ignoring his request and trying to brush him off. We America's Advantage Remodeling are helping this customer as much as possible to get this issue of cracked siding resolved regardless of this not being a labor installation defect. The customer is requesting 3 Years of [redacted] Fiber Cement Warranty. As the installer we can't grant this wish. [redacted] emailed a letter to the customer (attached in this message) stating the cracked siding is indeed a Manufacturer defect and the customer is eligible for compensation for his siding. The complaint filed against America's Advantage Remodeling should be redirected towards the correct party.

Review: I called, contractor-America's Advantage Remodeling, for a claim replacing 3 pieces of Fiber Cement cracked sidings on 09/15/15. The representative of this contractor, [redacted], told me to file a claim from the original Fiber Cement sidings manufacturer of [redacted]. The original remodeling was finished at the end of October 2010. I wrote a check dated 12/29/2010. On the opposite, I should have had printed a check of $26,000, but I had written $20,000. The contractor altered the check and I settled the claim of the altered check. The check defines a 5 years service Fiber Cement sidings of warranty that have started on 12/29/2010 and will expires on 12/29/2015. But things have turned ugly, sidings installers have come to replace Fiber Cement cracked sidings at least 7 times or more. I revoke to have an outside attorney in the city of Alameda for pursing the mismangement and poor arrangement of this contractor.Desired Settlement: I elect an extension of 3 years service Finder Cement sidings of warranty on the wall of our home. If this contractor fails to respond, I may want to request further compensations such as pain and suffering down the road.

This is a followup complaint of contractor, America's Advantage Remodeling, that I filed a complaint on 10/05/2015 regarding 3 pieces of CRACKED Fiber Cement Sidings of our home. The contact person of the most recent encountered has not been able to reach and he has been pushed back and is not there. This is a craftiness of this contractor- America's Advantage Remodeling. This contractor is trying to brush off the responsibility to furnish our 3 pieces of CRACKED Fiber Cement Sidings of our home. All these acts are disgusting and unperceivable by any homeowners of this community. I am now demanding to hold this contractor for further assistant in upbringing to a level of better home repairment as I firstly filed a complaint on 10/05/2015 and this is it.I elect this contractor- America's Advantage Remodeling to provide a 3 year Fiber Cement warranty of Sidings to our home.

I used them for a total remodel a few months ago. Their work was more than asked for. Wonderful. Am using them again for another small job.

I was quite pleased with every aspect of the service from first meeting the rep gave me the estimate, the secretary, including the workmen who completed the project. I would recommend them to my friends.
