Revdex.com:I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.When the installer was doing the install he had both front doors openSecondly, when I went out to check on the install the windshield was out of the vehicle and it appeared that there were tools and other debris laying on the dash The windshield is very small and while out the dash was exposed So weather or not the company claims it was not in the vehicle, which I have spoke to other installers and says its virtually impossible to install a windshield with out going INSIDE the vehicle to make sure the fit is proper and lined up correctlyThis is a second vehicle which is never drivin and is/was in perfect conditionRegards,*** [redacted]

We stand by our original statement that our installer was not on the inside of the vehicleTherefore the damage that Mr [redacted] was not done by us

*** *** had his windshield installed on Friday 12/26/He said there were indentations on his dashOur installer was not on the inside of his vehicle, therefore it would have not been possible for us to have created the indentation he is speaking about
