Today April 28/at 12:pm I received a phone call from American Travel Planners that our membership was due for renewal I advised we would not be renewing our membership and not to put through any further charges on my credit cardI also advised since we have no one to transfer the membership to please proceed with cancellation He then called me "a [redacted] and go [redacted] yourself" and hung up on meI feel this is unprofessional and unwarranted behavior and reflects badly on the company

I also advised since we have no one to transfer the membership to please proceed with cancellation. He then called me "a [redacted] and go [redacted] yourself" and hung up on me.
I feel this is unprofessional and unwarranted behavior and reflects badly on the company
