The following is the original complaint made to American Title Loans via FacebookThe original date of the transgression was Thursday March 9,
To whom it may concern:
I am sharing my story in hopes to come to some sort of resolution, or at the very least inform you of the types of people working for your businessToday at 1:29pm I received a cold sales phone call at the restaurant that I runThe woman asked for asked for a man by name whom used to have the same phone numberI informed her that he was not at my business and I wished to be removed from her calling listShe proceeded to argue with me saying "that is not what I asked for"I informed her that I do not wish to be contacted again and then hung up the phoneThen at 1:31pm I received a phone call from a different number at which point I recognized it was the same woman who muttered "...don't you hang up on me you little fking ft" and she then hung up the phone
