They have offered me a $discount and if the building is not done by the deadline a further discount will be given Please keep this case open until the install is completed

Good Afternoon,The customer added Spry insulation to the building as per our contract if the customer does any modification to the unit it will void all the warranties, but the repair manager is trying to work on other options to solve the issue as soon as we have something we will contact the customer

In response to the Customer's complaint, we have made contact with the Customer and we have made arrangements to have a crew at her location this weekendWe apologize for the frustration, but we will take care of her issues
