I ordered fabric from this company months ago. Half of my order was wrong, I was very understanding & just asked that they send me the correct fabric. I sent emails upon emails with no response. Note that prior to ordering from them I sent emails & received very quick responses. Finally I decided to contact them through my mother's email address, sent a phone number to contact & Raymond Mora, the owner contacted "my mom" right away. When he realized it was me he gave me the excuse that they are moving from New York to Miami.. I said that was fine, I didn't need the excuses. Just wanted my order fixed. He promised he would get it done by the beginning of the next week.. That week rolls around.. Nothing. I've called & emailed him MANY times with no response. I called just now to find my phone number blocked! Professional, right? So here I am.. Months later with half of my order wrong. So disappointed because the fabric was great & I would love more.

Review: Delivery was prolonged and there was no communication from the contractor. Products were delivered a month late and pieces were missing. Some of the products were poorly made and some material was returned damaged. After third revision some of the products were still not repaired completely and some pieces are still missing. Contractor failed to respond and is not taking responsibility for a refund.Desired Settlement: We are looking for a partial refund for the products that are poorly made, incomplete and damage of material.

Review: I have saved every email between me and this business starting back in March 2014. The agreement was $75 each pattern for "digitalizing' $200 for pattern making, $75 for a sample, then $25 per pant for a 100 piece order. I was also told the turnaround rate was 3-4weeks. I paid $450 for 'digitalizing' my files and fabric samples. Another $330 for 'fabric samples'. ($55 dollars a yard because I was told there was no way to print them smaller and that's the only way the printer can print). When they came in they were completely wrong. The 'digitalizing' consist of someone poorly coping my files, making them 4 times their original size, and changing the colors completely.I spent 3 week researching how to 'digitalize' my files. This company then sends me my remake fabric samples in sections of 6inches my 3 ft. I was never refunded and I was told I would at least be credited$450 towards my 100 piece order. This process took over 4 months because the business owner already got paid. I then paid $200 plus $75 for a one pattern and one sample. I received the sample 2 months later, completely wrong. I was told they mixed up the order, so I requested a remake. I get another a few months after that (only because I sent emails, and called asking for my product. Finally (a whole year later). Everything is ready to put into production I paid for my 100 pieces. I sent them $500 worth of custom tags with my logo on them. Weeks go by, I send emails, I call. No response. A month later after I sent over five email with no response, I am told they can no longer follow through with my order. I asked for a refund and to be mailed my appeal tags. 3 months go by. No response. I contacted my credit card company that was able to get back the $1,800 that I paid for the 100 piece order. I have still not been refunded for everything else I paid for plus I was never mailed the $500 worth of tags. Every sales oder I have been emailed I've had to send back for corrections because I would be charged more then what was agreed upon. For example I was told I would receive a 10% then I was charged for 7.5 yards of fabric instead of 6 (but I was told they can't print half yards) which equals to $80. I have been manipulated, taken advantage of and blatantly lied to. I want a refund.Desired Settlement: I want a refund
