<[redacted]>Ms. Lisa M[redacted], Quality Assurance Manager contacted Mr. and Mrs. [redacted] December 15th, 2016 after receiving a complaint the evening of December 14th. Ms. M[redacted] apologized for the poor service they received and stated she would begin the investigation immediately. On 12/16/16, Jose P[redacted], Driver Services Manager at Barwood Taxi met with the driver, who stated he received the first call and noticed it was already overdue. The driver went to the pickup location and the customer, Marvin [redacted] was already upset and promised the driver he was going to complain to the County. The driver took Mr. [redacted] and his wife to his doctor appointment and the parties agreed that Mr. [redacted] would pay the driver for the trip after the return trip. The driver even mentioned he was going to give them a free ride to compensate for the tardiness. After the driver dropped off his other customer, he called the Call Center to ask that the call be sent to his mobile data terminal to pick up Mr. [redacted] and his wife. The Call Center Supervisor tried to call the customer but could not get in contact with them (with the number provided by the customer). The driver went to the pickup point anyway and could not locate the customers. He came to Barwood immediately after to report he was unable to locate or contact Mr. and Mrs. [redacted]. A letter of apology has been prepared along with a Barwood gift card.
