Review: It's a long story but this is what is going on.

I had a new roof put on house by American Roofing and they made a very bad mistake. He wants me to pay for it. He finally agreed to pay for labor but I would have to pay for the material. He has been rude and blames everyone except himself.Desired Settlement: I think it's his responsibility to fix what was left undone. He pay full amount.

Review: We had a new shingled roof put on in early April and during this process one of American Roofing employees damaged a piece of siding on our home. They said would order the piece and install it. I have talked to them about it and they siad it would be done. But I left two messages in early July and got No response. So I called their headquarters in Charlotte twice the second week of July they said someone would be contactiing me. As of now I have heard nothing and this has been over three months. Because of the time I have waited for the repair I am now wondering if more damage is being caused by the time that has gone by since the damage. Because we have had a lot of rain since then.Desired Settlement: Replace broken piece and make sure no other damage has been caused.
