American Roofing and Restorations

Hello,
We had hail damage on our house in June. Shortly after we hired the roofer to replace our roof. Originally he stated the work would probably be done in August. August passed and he said the work would be done in September - and so on and so on. Every time we talk to him he states the work will be done soon. The last time we talked, around Nov 2nd, he stated the work would be done between Nov 6-9. The work was not done and we have not heard from him. Now he does not return my calls - I've called several times.

What can I do?
