House of Rags is incorrect in the accusations. House of Rags wired a deposit on a special order of 50%. House of Rags separated and shipped part of their order. House of Rags cancelled their order
A deposit acts as a surety for
entering into the agreement to purchase the product. Therefore, if House of Rags changed their minds and pulled out of the dealthe supplier
is entitled to keep their deposit. This is especially true if the supplier has incurred costs associated with the filling of this agreement. There is no written contract expressing otherwise.
A settlement was on the table however it was refused.
House of Rags has called multiple times a day, emailed as much. House of Rags was told to discontinue the harassment to myself and my company. House of Rags continues
to call from unknown numbers and saying harsh nasty things. this is very unprofessional behavior.
I can not allow this type of calls to continue so I have to end this calls when they occur
