I hired these scam artists a year ago today!
I am now getting bills for a School load that is 30 years old, and these guys claimed to do the "LOAN FORGIVENESS" process.
I had health problem, and lost my job.
Thus paid 700+ for this service to explain, this to the collectors.
I am now in Chapt 7 bankruptcy, because of my dis ability and job loss last year.
Mis representing the firms work, and what it is they their clients.
I did not order a CONSOLIDATION. I NEEDED LOAN FORGIVENESS....
Hello,
We are currently wokring with this client on resolving his grivevances. He was given false information with his servicer and if our internal resolutions merit client of a refund we will refund the client. Thank you.
Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID, and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me. I will wait for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved.
Regards
I believe this company is a scam. They contacted me & told me that I qualified for a Loan Forgiveness Program & as long as I didn’t make more than $40,000 dollars a year, I would have a $0 monthly payment for 10 years. My point of contact was a lady by the name of Sarah B.& she explained that all I had to do was make 3 monthly payments of $250. That was my enrollment fee into the program while they processed my application & in the meantime, they issued a forbearance on my student loan account with FedLoan Servicing. This agreement happened back in May & it is now October. I still have not received a confirmation that I was successfully enrolled into the program. I also have still been receiving payment notifications from FedLoan Servicing explaining that I still have a payment due. This company has done none of the loan consolidation that they promised, even though I made the three monthly payments of $250 that they required.
I was told that I would be assisted with documentation to lower my student loans with Fed loan servicing as I am a teacher. I emailed my information to Lamont G contact is and called him today to find out he was not at his office and the message sounded real strange. Thus, I called the company that Mr. G works for at and was told Mr. G will no longer assist me now it will be Miss Sarah Bautista and she asked me for all my information again which does not make sense as they should have my information already, in fact, they have already charged -374.00 on July 25 2018 for helping me consolidate my loans which I found today were not consolidate yet nor my documents processed. I did not resend my information to Miss Sarah Bautista as I feel it is a scam that just wants to take money from me.
