I have tried several times to contact the person that made the complaint and have had no response from himWe still have his parts for this reason, so if they were so important to him you would think that he would have contacted me to schedule a time to pick them up

Please be advised this issue has been resolvedAmerican Plating was open for business yesterday and I picked up my samovar in the same condition as when it was left with them on 1-11-Thank you for your rapid response to my complaint, it is appreciated
