I have been seeing Dr L at the American Pain Institute for about two to three years. He has been encouraging to me when I told him I was trying to loose weight. I have lost 96 pounds and I have been able to reduce my opioid prescriptions by 85%. He focuses on every aspect of your life and is very good at what he does.
Thank you for your kind words about Dr. L and American Pain Institute! We are so happy you are doing so well!
This pain care has got to be one of the best I have ever been to, and I have been to 3 others before here. Not only have they not tried to sell me anything as on the other review, I have been listened to, made to feel like I was a person by him and the whole staff!! When my cousin and best friend who use to take me passed away Dr L was extremely supportive and emotionally sad and hurt himself. I have been going for 2 years now and not only am I still treated as good as I was on my first day but better, I can not say enough good for this place, both Dr L and Dr G and all of their staff are amazing!
And just a note on what was said about them doing the same as they felt didn't work in last review, we also did the same thing as other pain cares have done unsuccessfully along with new things, and we are still working at it, but just having a place that works with you helps you to understand why they try what they are doing, and treats me with the utmost respect and care, I will trust them on anything!. And just a word to the wise, if your going just for the meds and don't want to try the help they offer, your better off going to a pain care that treats you like a number! I'd give American Pain Institute 100 âââââââââ if I could.
Thank you so much for your kind words! We are so happy to be able to help.
This pain clinic more about making you buy an electronic device they put into your spine, than actually working with you on controlling your pain. The doctor I saw did no look into my past trials of pain management, and wanted to force me to do things I have already tride. I was let go as a patient for refusing to do things I already tride that caused me more pain.
I do not recommend this place.
