Rafael A. Pavia owner of American One Roofing, is also currently under investigation by The Palm Beach County Consumer Affairs Department, still ongoing, as of: 01/21/2024. He failed to comply by answering their questions in their investigation.I have the paperwork.
The Better Business Bureau (BBB) has currently advised an ALERT about American One Roofing, and gave them an “F" The proof is on the BBB WebSite.
Rafael A. Paiva, never responded to my “Letter Of Demand” from: October 2023, and will not return my 11K deposit.This is Criminal, found in Fl.Chapter 489. We have a signed contract from May 2022 ! No work on my house as of: 01/22/2024. Will he file Bankruptcy? Don't take a chance my. fellow homeowners. This person has changed.
