December 15, 2014Dear [redacted]:
Thank you for your communication regarding the [redacted] complaint. First we regret that our letter brought up painful memories for [redacted] at the loss of her father.
We show a record of one message being left on November 19th...

regarding our account # [redacted] and an attempt to respond by us at 9:29 AM on November 20. At that time we left a message but did not hear from [redacted] again. In fact we would have liked to speak to her because at her request on October 20, [redacted] the referenced account had been closed as ‘Deceased-no estate’ at his daughters request our systems show no other attempts at contact that would be likely generate a complaint. Perhaps there is another account and we are simply unaware of it. Please let us know and we will close that one as well.If we can be of any further service please let us know.George D

Review: I have been getting letters from Mr. George D[redacted], ANRC, concerning a debt they say I still owe on Two vehicles I owned while living at [redacted] , Ct from 2005 to Aug 1, 2007. I have sent them proof that I paid all taxes I owed on these two cars via a cancelled check from [redacted]'s office, the [redacted] Tax Assessor at that time and copies of Grand Lists saying my TAXES were paid, HOWEVER, Mr. D[redacted], and his associates, Josie B[redacted], and Irene won't accept any proof I send them., including, I suppose, a Final letter dtd 7 june 2014 stating I have 20 days to pay or they will proceed with other action. I sent them a letter on 2/9/14, Disputing the amount I owed, asking them to provide me with the following: The amt of Debt, Name of Creditor to whom owed, Verification or copy of judgement rendered, Proof that they , as an agent of ANRC, are licensed to collect debts in [redacted],Pa.. I wan then to sto contacting me, Enough already!Desired Settlement: They need to stop contacting me and accept my proof as payment in full.
