Absolute horrific customer service in the mortgage departmentLoan processors and loan officers do not return phone calls in a timely mannerTheir lack of focus and intensity in processing a loan in a timely manner is appalling!!! We are now in our 4th month of attempting to secure financing for a small home improvement loanWe were approved by the lender for the financing over months ago!!!!
