Review: American Laser Skin Center located at 7515 Main Street in Houston, Texas, shut their clinic down without any forewarning to customers in November 2014. I paid thousands of dollars for their services, (most of it in advance) for several laser hair removal sessions and skin care services, most of which I have not even received yet. I tried contacting their office as well as their corporate headquarters and I left several messages for them but to no avail. No one ever called me back or contacted me in any way to explain. I want my money back or I need to proceed with a lawsuit. Desired Settlement: Refund of about $1500 worth of undelivered services.

Review: I paid American Laser Skincare over $5700 and as of November 14, 2014 they have closed their office in Stockton California. I am requesting a refund of $5700 from American Laser Skincare. They have provided 2 phone numbers (877-715-4455 and 877-252-9969) but no one ever answers the phones in person and they have never returned my phone calls. I need these laser treatments for medical reasons. Even though I left a message regarding my medical condition, no one has ever called me back.Desired Settlement: I would like to have a check issued to me, Joele Robinson, by American Laser Skincare in the amount of $5700 immediately.
