To say this company has been nothing but a disappointment is an understatementTheir lack of quality, poor communication, and inability to understand how to listen and respond to customers complaints is astounding
Lack of Quality
Each service has been poorThey do a sub-par job of cleaning up the job site (i.e., blowing away the grass, of which I'm always finding on my fence and the siding of my house)I always find strips of grass that was unclippedEach time I've had to go back out and fix some spots that they missedThis can be expected given how busy services such as these are, so there is some level of understanding from my end in this matter
Poor Communication
When a customer calls to complain that the mowers left a gouge in their tree you would expect someone to call them back with an action plan(It's important to note that the mowers at no point called this accident to my attentionHad they done that much of this would have been avoided.) Their "plan" was to come to my house, knock on the door, and then examine the treeThat would've been fine if 1) someone called to let me know what was the plan and 2) if during that call they checked to see when I'd be homeInstead, I had to call to chase down the answerThis is just one example of poor communication with this company
Inability to Care About the Customer
The owner called (after I terminated my service and indicated that I would call the Revdex.com -- it's important to note that I didn't give a deadline but they put words in my mouth that I did) and gave excuse after excuse after excuseHe was curtHe was rudeHe clearly did not care about my experience or about my treeWhy as a customer should I listen to that? I've studied and have taught the language of customer service for more than a decade, and with complete authority I can say that this presents a case study of exactly what NOT to do
I'm sure this company doesn't care that their customer is upset, and I'm sure they'll chalk it up to the rantings of some lunatic womanBut make no mistake: EVERY customer is deserving of being listened to, being respected, and being taken seriouslyThe CUSTOMER is the ultimate boss for any organization, plain and simpleAnd this customer has decided to fire this service
