Although this experience was very scary at first having my child need admittance into a hospital, it did help her The first night was hard for her & for some reason they had her placed in a very scary section of the hospital with kids that were threatening her, in straight jackets and peeing on the floors She stated it was because the beds in the section she needed to be were full There was no communication with the doctor at the hospital I only spoke to a nurse at time of admittance and discharge The people I spoke to were friendly and helpful I could call at any time and reach someone for questions My daughter had some bad things to say about the place in regards to kids fighting and a lot fo cussing from the employee's However, it obviously helped her somewhere along the way because she is doing wonderful now Still in out patient care but I think that was the kick start she needed She was there for four days for suicidal tendencies
