I have purchased two contracts with American Home Guard (AHG) for home warranty service In May 2017, I purchased a year long-contract paying $month to month for a warranty that would cover my home I paid in total $ During this time, I did not use the warranty At the end of this contract, I was contacted to renew At this time, I decided to renew, and paid a bulk sum of $for months of coverage This was paid 7/5/with my Chase credit card Shortly after, our air conditioner needed service, and we proceeded to file a claim with American Home Guard At this time they became difficult to contact and slow to respond to our claim We were without air for several days in July Finally, a heating and air company (Foxwood Services LLC) was contacted by AHG, and they did the repair I paid Foxwood $60, as the AHG contract states At this time, I assumed that all affairs regarding the air conditioner were resolved Unfortunately, a few months later, I was
